CANCELLATION POLICY AND CONTRACT VERIFICATION: Cancellation requested in writing prior to March 20, 2012, will receive a 50% refund. No refunds will be granted after this time. Neither CPERI nor the Ramada Inn & Convention Center, nor there representatives will be responsible for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur to the exhibitor or exhibitor's employees or property from any cause whatsoever. The exhibitor, upon typing confirmation of their authorization, expressly releases the foregoing named entitites and individuals from any and all claims for such loss, damage, or injury.
